At Tante Tilly, it’s all about attention. Attention for the guest, for the moment and for the details that make a visit special. From the first coffee in the morning to a great drink at the end of the day. The restaurant is alive, constantly moving and buzzing, right in the heart of the city, all day long.

For our bar, we are looking for a full-time Bartender who feels at home in this dynamic environment and understands that true hospitality starts behind the bar.

WORKING BEHIND THE BAR AT TANTE TILLY

The bar is a constant presence in the restaurant. It starts calmly in the morning and ends with lively conversations, energy and atmosphere. You are the familiar face behind the bar and make sure everything is right, from presentation to pace.

You work independently, but always in close connection with the floor team. You keep overview, even when it gets busy, and never lose sight of the guest. Calm and energy go hand in hand with you.

You are hospitable, attentive and have a strong sense of timing. You understand what guests need and take responsibility for your workspace. You enjoy working in an environment where something is always happening, without losing overview.

Evenings and weekends are part of the role and that suits you. Experience behind the bar is welcome, but not required. With the right attitude, interest and eagerness to learn, you can start and grow with us.

EXPERIENCE AND INTEREST

Hospitality experience is a plus. An affinity with coffee, beverages and guest experience is important. You pay attention to hygiene and responsible serving, or are open to learning this. You want to keep developing yourself within your craft and within the team.

WHAT WE OFFER

A full-time position of 38 hours per week in a lively hospitality venue with a warm atmosphere. You will work in a committed team where collaboration comes naturally and everyone contributes to the experience. Tante Tilly is part of The Big Family Group, which means there is room to grow and further develop yourself. Employment conditions are in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality CAO.

POSITION LEVEL AND SALARY

CAO reference position Bartender I, job group 3. Salary indication between €2,400 and €2,600 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on experience.
