KITCHEN TRAINEE / INTERN ROERMOND
Are you following a hospitality or culinary education and curious to find out how things really work in a professional kitchen? Then you’re in the right place. At The Big Family Group, you don’t learn the craft from a book, you learn it on the job.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in the kitchens of Mr. Sammi and Tante Tilly. No complicated theories, just doing, trying and getting a little better every day. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs who guide you and show you how it’s really done.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll assist in the kitchen and learn something new every day. Preparation, cutting, plating dishes and observing during service. You’ll learn how a kitchen operates, how to work together as a team and how to stay calm when things get busy.
You don’t need to be a chef yet. If you’re eager to learn, this is the right place for you.
THIS SUITS YOU
You are enrolled in a hospitality or culinary education and are looking for an internship or apprenticeship where you can truly develop yourself. You’re motivated, hands-on and enjoy working as part of a team.
Experience is not required. Commitment is.
