For our service team in Roermond, we are looking for a First Service Supervisor who keeps overview, takes responsibility and strengthens the team during every service.

YOUR ROLE ON THE FLOOR

As First Service Supervisor, you are visibly present during service. You actively work alongside the team, keep overview and safeguard the quality of service. You see what’s happening, sense what’s needed and step in immediately when the pace increases.

You are a point of contact for colleagues and guests, support the coordination of the team and work smoothly with the kitchen and bar. Thanks to you, the atmosphere remains welcoming, professional and energetic, even during peak moments.

You ensure agreements are followed and that every guest experiences the same level of attention and hospitality, from arrival to farewell.

THIS DESCRIBES YOU

You have experience in service and feel comfortable with added responsibility. You communicate clearly, stay calm during busy moments and understand that great service is always a team effort.

You have an eye for detail, work guest-focused and adapt easily to what the floor requires. You help colleagues move forward and naturally take the lead when needed.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

You have experience in a professional hospitality environment. An mbo education in hospitality at level 3 or 4 is a plus, as is experience in a hands-on supervisory role within service. You are flexible and available to work some evenings and weekends.

CAO reference position First Service Supervisor, job group 5. Salary indication between €2,450 and €2,600 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on experience.
