For our team in Roermond, we are looking for a Service Manager who reads the floor effortlessly, takes responsibility and leads the team with pace, focus and hospitality. You are the engine during service and a key link alongside the Head of Service.
YOUR MOMENT ON THE FLOOR
As Service Manager, you are constantly in motion. You lead the team during service, work fully alongside them and guard quality down to the smallest details. You see what’s happening, anticipate situations and step in before it even seems necessary.
You are the main point of contact for colleagues and guests, communicate smoothly with kitchen and bar, and make sure the energy on the floor is right. Even during peak moments, you maintain overview and bring calm, structure and flow.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You have an mbo-level education in hospitality at level 3 or 4, or proven relevant work experience. Experience in a supervisory role within service is a strong plus. You understand service processes, know how to keep a team running smoothly and are flexible, including evenings and weekends.

You show natural leadership, dare to make decisions and keep overview. You are stress-resistant, solution-oriented and know how to bring people along. You present yourself professionally and radiate confidence on the floor.

A full-time position of 38 hours per week in an energetic hospitality venue where ambition is tangible. Employment conditions are in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality CAO.
POSITION LEVEL AND SALARY
CAO reference position Service Manager I, job group 5. Salary indication between €2,580 and €2,800 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
